Core Responsibilities

Expected ownership areas and day-to-day execution scope.

  • Run technical SEO audits and maintain issue resolution pipelines with engineering teams.
  • Define and execute on-page and content cluster strategies for service and industry intent.
  • Manage schema coverage, canonical governance, crawl-health monitoring, and indexation control.
  • Design internal linking structures that improve discoverability and conversion pathways.
  • Report on rank velocity, organic traffic quality, and conversion impact.

Requirements and Qualifications

Capabilities required to perform the role at a high level.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in technical and strategic SEO roles with clear growth outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of crawl/index systems, schema, site architecture, and SERP behavior.
  • Experience with SEO platforms, analytics tooling, and query intelligence workflows.
  • Ability to produce prioritized, implementation-ready SEO roadmaps.
  • Strong communication for cross-functional execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with geo-scalable websites and local intent architectures.
  • Exposure to PHP template systems and CMS constraints.
  • Hands-on experience with Core Web Vitals and performance optimization.
